Read-only Google access
Signing in with Google shares only your name and email. Connecting your calendar — a separate, optional step in Settings — grants read-only access to your calendars and events, used only to find upcoming meetings with a video link. Notetaker never modifies your calendar and never touches Gmail, Drive, or contacts.
Approved accounts only
Access is limited to accounts approved by Volta. Signing in lets you read transcripts of meetings you attended; recording is limited to authorized team members.
